Due to COVID-19 few of our production facilities are experiencing delays as we take safety measures to protect team member's health and well-being.
Mug orders are still in production but we're experiencing a 1 week delay.
I only received part of my order, is my order split into two packages?
Yes, in some cases we split your order into two packages and they are shipped separately.
Do you ship worldwide?
Order processing time:
Products may be in various stages of production and restocking please check the item product page for estimated processing times. Typically 1-2 weeks depending on inventory available.
Where is my order?
Please allow for 7-10 days or if this is a campaign after the campaign has ended for your order to arrive domestically in the US. Please allow for an additional week if you live outside of the United States.
Can I change the shipping address?
Yes, please use our contact page immediately after you place the order. Typically we are unable to change the address after a 24 hour period, sometimes less. Address info can no longer be changed if the order has already been shipped.
Can I change my shirt size or switch an item after the order is placed?
Yes, please use our contact page immediately after you place the order. Typically we are unable to change your order after a 24 hour period, sometimes less. Address info can no longer be changed if the order has already been shipped. Some special cases we may need to cancel your order and ask you to make a new order with the correct items.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed and/or shipped we can issue you a full refund.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
Do you take exchanges/returns?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions we're currently not taking any exchanges or returns. Thank you for your understanding.
All sales are final. Each item is made to order unfortunately we are unable to offer order exchanges and returns at this time.
I'm shipping to an address outside of the United States, how long does it take?
We currently do not have tracking for international orders, typically it takes 7-14 days for international orders to arrive.
Customs clearance does not adhere to a time frame and can delay the delivery. It is sometimes possible for custom agencies to take up to or beyond a month to process some packages. Neither the shipping carrier or Giant Hugs have control over the customs procedure.
What are Custom Fees/Duties/Taxes:
Customs charges may apply depending on your country. International shipments are subject to customs duties - taxes imposed on goods when transported across international borders. Customs duties protect each country's economy, residents, jobs, environment, etc., by controlling the flow of goods, especially restrictive and prohibited goods, into and out of the country.
